Lil Epic Loft is located at 2412 W North Ave in the Wicker Park/Bucktown area in Chicago. Situated on the 3rd floor of the building, the loft space boasts bright open space with windows taking up the entire front facing wall. The loft is perfect for meetings, classes, showers, birthdays, and smaller events. The capacity of the space is about 70 people comfortably. At a spacious 1,800 Square Feet, the loft can be used to host a multitude of events.

*Please note that the building does not have an elevator system. The loft is up 2 flights of stairs.

Lil Epic Loft comes with a few features that make it a great space for a variety of uses.  

  • Conference table can seat 8 to 12 depending on the meeting size.
  • Additional seating area perfect for client meetings
  • Small lounge/ living room area with a 50” TV.
  • Eight 6 ft tables and 40 chairs are included in the studio for seating.
  • A full kitchen with fridge and an island to display any food, snacks, or drinks that you bring.
  • A private room can be used as a dressing room, storage, or as a separate space for guests.
  • For Wifi all you will need to do is contact a Lil Epic Design representative and they will assist in getting you linked.

 


Rental Rules

1. Outside food and alcohol are allowed, capacity is 60 for dinners and sit down events. and 70 for cocktail parties Pet Friendly. No underage drinking. No smoking.

2. Client is responsible for any damages incurred during event. You are required to sign a liability release onsite.

3. Stove unavailable, oven available for warming under supervision. 4.

Ask for permission before moving furniture

5. Do not sell alcohol directly to guests. ** If this is a ticketed event, include that cost in your ticket sales. **

6. Respect the kitchen area and when you leave please have it set as it was when you arrived.

7. Trash will need to be bagged and secured, on-site supervisor will assist

8. Booked times must include set-up and clean up time. Available at no charge at the studio: (25) matching white folding chairs (6) folding tables that are 6ft (2) additional 5-ft tables kitchen island soft seating (2 loveseat futons and 1 sectional couch) In addition, we can help you rent more seating and decor if needed as listed: Folding Chairs: $2 Roundtables 60” only: $12 Add. rectangular tables: $10 LINENS and DECOR Chair covers: $2 ( Ivory, black ) Linens for the 6ft tables $8 ( ivory, black, and navy ) Custom Centerpieces and candle treatment: $40 per table
